Our staff is comprised of professionals with a broad depth of funeral and cremation experience.  We are dedicated to helping direct you through this stressful and difficult time. We will answer all your questions regarding your options for funeral and cremation services. Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time.

J. Kirby Pulliam

J. Kirby Pulliam

General Manager

Kirby  joined us in 2019. He brings his talents and Ideas to us from Kansas City, Missouri. Kirby is a licensed Funeral Director with 24 years of experience. He holds a B.A. from Emporia State University. In the past, he has successfully fulfilled roles as Operations Manager and Sales Manager. Kirby has earned the 32nd Degree KCCH Master Mason status and looks forward to serving the Dallas Community. “It is my passion to take care of families at the hardest time of their lives.”

Kirby has two beautiful daughters, Paige and Jessica, who are his pride and joy. 


LaWanda Stone CFSP,

Funeral Home Manager

Lawanda is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She has been with us since 2017. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force as well as the Army National Guard. She graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and maintains a dual license as Funeral Director and Embalmer. In March of 2019, LaWanda received her Certified Funeral Service Practitioner designation from the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. LaWanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is also a Certified Crematory Operator. 

"I have known since the age of 9, that serving in the Funeral Profession is what I wanted to do.  I find all aspects of my calling to be rewarding  and I am honored to serve families during their time of grief."    

In her free time, LaWanda enjoys fishing, reading and spending time with her beloved husband and family. 


Clifford Johnson

Clifford Johnson

Sales Manager

Clifford comes to us all the way from Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin and majored in Marketing and Political Science. Cliff has 30 years of Sales and Management experience. He concentrates on building and training our sales team so that more people are readily available to teach, guide and inform families about the importance of pre-arranging funeral and cemetery services before the time of need.  “My goal is to serve each family with superior service and respect.”

Clifford enjoys running, golf and spending time with his wife and kids.


Donna Morris

Office Manager

Donna has been the office manager at Lincoln since 2014 however, she has enjoyed working in the industry since 1997. In May of 2014, she decided to walk away from the corporate world and join a company that puts the families we serve first and foremost and has never looked back. She oversees the daily procedures of our business office and staff. During free time she enjoys spending time with her family

Terry started in the industry in 2013 as a Family Service Counselor and found his home here at Lincoln in February of 2015. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas Terry says it is well worth the 100 mile round trip to be able to work for such a great company that truly puts the families first. Terry’s passion and desire for excellence has brought him out of the Family Service Counselor's role and into the position of Cemetery Superintendent over Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln Memorial Parks, and Carver Memorial Park in Dallas and Ferris. Terry brings with him years of sales and operational management experience.. Terry has 3 beautiful children whom he loves and adores. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.

Steven G. Hill

Steven G. Hill

Funeral Director

Steven G. Hill is a native of Fort Myers FL. He knew at the early age of five years old he wanted to be a funeral director. Steven is a 2017 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, he is a licensed funeral director. He is also an active member of the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association and was recognized in the associations National Magazine's 2018 summer edition of SCOPE, as a young man making a great stride in funeral service. 

Steven’s goal is to serve each family with Passion, Precision and Purpose.


Nico Rogers

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Nico Rogers, has been with the Lincoln Funeral Family since October of 2016. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Nico has prided herself on being an advocate and educator for her native community. She found her passion in the funeral industry when she lost her father in 2009 and has since became an amazing asset to the profession. She is bilingual and immensely enjoys meeting and planning funeral services for the families who are more comfortable speaking Spanish.

Nico loves spending time with her amazing husband and beautiful children.  


Jazmine Daniel

Jazmine Daniel

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Jazmine grew up in the Bay Area of Oakland, CA and moved to Dallas in 2010. She brings with her 8 years of Customer Service, and 2 years of Administrative experience.  She has a passion for the medical field and helping others. Jazmine is currently working on her Associates Degree of Medicine.  She creates contracts, prepares ownership deeds and assists our Family Service Counselors. Jazmine is a great asset to our Lincoln family. “I strive to ensure that every family I come in contact with leaves with a smile, and their burden is lifted.”  

In her spare time, she enjoys bowling and cooking with her children and family.


Raymond Carroll

Mr. Carroll has been with our Lincoln family since 1992. His years of serving this community makes him a valued mentor to our newest generation of death care professionals in his roll as family service counselor. In his personal time, Mr. Carroll enjoys being a choir director and pianist for his church of 44 years. He also enjoys gardening.


Tawana Carroll

Family Service Counselor

Tawana Johnson Carroll is a native of Texas. She was born and raised right here in Pleasant Grove. She previously worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 11 years in the Accounts Receivable Department. Tawana is a licensed preneed insurance agent, and has worked in the Funeral Profession since 2010.  Tawana innately provides excellent customer service; builds long term relationships and helps her families make difficult decisions in advance of the need. . “I make every person I talk to feel like family.”


Tawana is very active in her children’s schools and her community. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her husband Marcus, and her children Makayla and Mariah.   


Marcus Smith

Family Service Counselor

Marcus Smith grew up in Marshall Texas and moved to the DFW to take care of his grandmother after she suffered a stroke. He’s been with us since 2016. He is a graduate of Marshall High School. Marcus served 6 years in the National Guard. Marcus states “This opportunity was an unknown blessing that came in the form of tragedy.” His heart for taking care of people goes hand in hand with serving in this capacity.

 

Marcus enjoys watching football, and spending time with his lovely wife and 2 spoiled children. 


Marisol Cervantes

Family Service Counselor

Marisol joined the Lincoln Funeral Family in December 2018. She was Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Graduated from Ashford University in San Diego, California and received a bachelors in Education. Marisol worked for Dallas ISD for 12 years. "As an educator, I enjoyed teaching children as well as adults. After two deaths in my life, it was time to make change in my career and accepted the opportunity to join the funeral industry. This is the best way to educate and assist family, friends and the community. In my spare time, I work for a Tejano Internet Radio station as an On - Air Radio Personality."

 “Bernie” has lived in the DFW area since 1996. He brings with him, 10 years of experience in serving families in the funeral profession. Bernie is bilingual and is honored to serve our families who are most comfortable speaking Spanish. He took a short break to try his hand at furniture sales, but his passion for helping families drew him back. “I believe in the benefits of pre-planning. It lessens the burden of death when families leave the gift of planning ahead.”

Bernie enjoys completing home improvement projects, working on his yard and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Janice is a Dallas resident. She joined us in 2019. She has been a Customer Care Agent in various roles for over 30 years. She takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service that result in long term relationships built on trust. “I love educating families and the community on the benefits of Pre-Arranging funeral and cemetery services.”

Janice is married and has 2 beautiful children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, singing and spending time with family. 


Richard Mejia

Family Service Counselor

Richard joined us in 2019. He is a native of Dallas and has lived in Desoto for 40 years. He is a 1986 Graduate of Desoto High School.  Before he joined our family, he served in Hospitality Sales for 20 years. Richard received his Broadcast Journalism Degree from Columbia School of Broadcasting in 1992. He is currently a part time DJ for a Tejano internet station. Richard is a member of the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church parish in Oak Cliff, he is bilingual and takes great pleasure in being able to serve both our English and Spanish speaking families who need help.  He looks forward to excelling in the funeral profession by serving families each day.

Richard’s hobbies include camping, fishing, building birdhouses and refurbishing vintage travel trailers. Richard is the youngest of 4 children; he enjoys family gatherings and social events. He also loves cooking and baking, with cheesecakes as his favorites.

Shemetra is a native of Dallas, Texas. She joined us in 2019. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for 12 years. In her capacity, she was a supervisor, an analyst, timekeeper and a developer of security badges. Shametra took time off to care for members of her family which led her to realize her passion for helping people. “I make sure to provide superior service to each family I come in contact with.”

Shametra has 2 children and 1 beloved grandson. She is a member of Ideal Family Church in Dallas, Texas. In her spare time, she loves reading, playing cards and bingo, and watching sports.

Patricia A. Waller

Patricia was born in Magnolia, Arkansas. She has lived in the Dallas area for over 30 years. She joined us in 2019. Patricia loves meeting new people and helping others.  She is a very proud mother of two, grandmother of nine, and great grandmother of four.  Patricia is a member of Concord Church, in Dallas. Her passion is helping people grow by connecting them to their next step with Christ. “I love bringing comfort to families in need.”

Arlissa is a native of Dallas. She has been with us since 2016. She loves and finds a great sense of gratitude in helping people, as demonstrated in the attention to detail she gives each of our families. She helps families design permanent memorials for their loved ones. She has an eye for detail and encourages that each life be recognized through personalization.  “I may not have everything I want in life but I am blessed enough to have all that I need, for this I am grateful.” Arlissa is a proud member of Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.  In her spare time she loves spending time with her darling baby girl, family and friends.

Daidrielle started out as our front desk receptionist in 2015. Now she works with every funeral home in the community by assisting them with families who desire to be buried in Lincoln or Carver Cemeteries. She also helps maintain compliance with the Department of Banking.

She is the mother of one adorable little girl. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and reading new books.  




La Ta'via Pearl

Administrative Assistant

La Ta’via is a Dallas, TX native who joined the Lincoln Family in November of 2017. La Ta’via is a recent graduate of University of North Texas at Dallas, where she holds a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts and Science (Concentration in Human Resources) and a Minor in Spanish.  La Ta’via is responsible for payment collection, creating contracts, tracking Work Orders and assisting our Family Service Counselors through training.

When La Ta’via is not working, she spends quality time with her children and family. She enjoys bowling, singing and watching movies. La Ta’via is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. “I try to exemplify excellence through sustainable service, in all that I do.”
