General Manager
Kirby joined us in 2019. He brings his talents and Ideas to us from Kansas City, Missouri.
Kirby is a licensed Funeral Director with 24 years of experience. He holds a
B.A. from Emporia State University. In the past, he has successfully fulfilled
roles as Operations Manager and Sales Manager. Kirby has earned the 32nd
Degree KCCH Master Mason status and looks forward to serving the Dallas
Community. “It is my passion to take care of families at the hardest time of their
lives.”
Kirby has two
beautiful daughters, Paige and Jessica, who are his pride and joy.
Office Manager
Donna has been the office manager at Lincoln since 2014 however, she has enjoyed working in the industry since 1997. In May of 2014, she decided to walk away from the corporate world and join a company that puts the families we serve first and foremost and has never looked back. She oversees the daily procedures of our business office and staff. During free time she enjoys spending time with her family
Funeral Director
Steven G. Hill is a native of Fort Myers FL. He knew at the early age of five years old he wanted to be a funeral director. Steven is a 2017 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, he is a licensed funeral director. He is also an active member of the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association and was recognized in the associations National Magazine's 2018 summer edition of SCOPE, as a young man making a great stride in funeral service.

Family Service Counselor
Tawana Johnson Carroll
is a native of Texas. She was born and raised right here in
Pleasant Grove. She previously worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 11
years in the Accounts Receivable Department. Tawana is a licensed preneed
insurance agent, and has worked in the Funeral Profession since 2010.
Tawana innately provides excellent customer service; builds long term relationships
and helps her families make difficult decisions in advance of the need. . “I
make every person I talk to feel like family.”
Tawana is very active in her children’s schools and her community. When she is
not working, she loves to spend time with her husband Marcus, and her children
Makayla and Mariah.
Family Service Counselor
Marcus Smith grew up in Marshall Texas and moved to the DFW to take care of his
grandmother after she suffered a stroke. He’s been with us since 2016. He is a
graduate of Marshall High School. Marcus served 6 years in the National
Guard. Marcus states “This opportunity was an unknown blessing that came in the
form of tragedy.” His heart for taking care of people goes hand in hand with
serving in this capacity.
Marcus enjoys watching
football, and spending time with his lovely wife and 2 spoiled children.
Family Service Counselor
Pat Porter is a native of Ruffin, South Carolina. She
received a B.S. degree from SC State Univ., and a
Master’s Degree in Counseling from Amberton University. Pat
brings to us a wealth of experience in counseling and communication and our families are delighted to have her.
Pat enjoys playing tennis and traveling but her greatest job is being the mother to
Arin, Sterling and Kason.
Family Service Counselor
Marisol joined the Lincoln Funeral Family in December 2018. She was Born and
raised in Dallas, Texas. Graduated from Ashford University in San Diego,
California and received a bachelors in Education. Marisol worked for Dallas ISD for 12
years. "As an educator, I enjoyed teaching children as well as adults. After two
deaths in my life, it was time to make change in my career and accepted the
opportunity to join the funeral industry. This is the best way to educate and
assist family, friends and the community. In my spare time, I work for a Tejano
Internet Radio station as an On - Air Radio Personality."
Family Service Counselor
“Bernie” has lived in the DFW area since 1996. He
brings with him, 10 years of experience in serving families in the funeral
profession. Bernie is bilingual and is honored to serve our families who are
most comfortable speaking Spanish. He took a short break to try his hand at
furniture sales, but his passion for helping families drew him back. “I believe
in the benefits of pre-planning. It lessens the burden of death when families
leave the gift of planning ahead.”
Bernie enjoys completing
home improvement projects, working on his yard and most importantly, spending
time with his family.
Family Service Counselor
Janice is a Dallas resident. She joined us in 2019. She
has been a Customer Care Agent in various roles for over 30 years. She takes
great pride in providing outstanding customer service that result in long term
relationships built on trust. “I love educating families and the community on
the benefits of Pre-Arranging funeral and cemetery services.”
Janice is married and
has 2 beautiful children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, singing and spending
time with family.
Family Service Counselor
Shemetra is a native of Dallas, Texas. She joined us
in 2019. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for 12 years. In her
capacity, she was a supervisor, an analyst, timekeeper and a developer of
security badges. Shemetra took time off to care for members of her family which
led her to realize her passion for helping people. “I make sure to provide
superior service to each family I come in contact with.”
Shemetra has 2
children and 1 beloved grandson. She is a member of Ideal Family Church in
Dallas, Texas. In her spare time, she loves reading, playing cards and bingo,
and watching sports.
Apprentice/Ambassador
Quisha Merrill is a native of Dallas Texas. She
graduated from H. Grady Spruce High school and Dallas Institute of
Funeral Service. She is currently working on her apprenticeship to become
a dual licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. She is an active member at
God & Jesus Perfect Church in Dallas,Tx.
Quisha loves spending time with God, her loving husband, son, and family
traveling, singing, fishing and cooking.
Funeral Ambassador
Patricia
was born in Magnolia, Arkansas. She has lived in
the Dallas area for over 30 years. She joined us in 2019. Patricia loves
meeting new people and helping others. She
is a very proud mother of two, grandmother of nine, and great grandmother of
four. Patricia is a member of Concord
Church, in Dallas. Her passion is helping people grow by connecting them to their
next step with Christ. “I love bringing comfort to families in need.”
Administrative Assistant
Michelle High joined us in 2019
as an Administrative Assistant in Sales. Born and raised in Dallas Texas, lived
in Georgia for a few years. Worked in the Airline Industry before becoming a
City of Dallas employee, retired from the City of Dallas after 26 years of
service. She always has been interested in the Funeral Service and now she has
that opportunity.
Married to the love of her life, she loves spending time
with family and traveling to new places.
Administrative Assistant
Arlissa is a native of Dallas. She has been with us since 2016. She loves and finds a great sense of gratitude in
helping people, as demonstrated in the attention to detail she gives each of
our families. She helps families design permanent memorials for their loved
ones. She has an eye for detail and encourages that each life be recognized
through personalization. “I may not have
everything I want in life but I am blessed enough to have all that I need, for
this I am grateful.” Arlissa is a proud member of Antioch Fellowship Missionary
Baptist Church. In her spare time she loves spending time with her darling baby girl, family and friends.
Administrative Assistant
Daidrielle started out as our front desk receptionist in 2015. Now she
works with every funeral home in the community by assisting them with families
who desire to be buried in Lincoln or Carver Cemeteries. She also helps
maintain compliance with the Department of Banking.
She is the mother of one adorable little girl. In
her spare time, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and reading
new books.
