Our staff is comprised of professionals with a broad depth of funeral and cremation experience.  We are dedicated to helping direct you through this stressful and difficult time. John Ebey

John Ebey

General Manager

John knew from an early age that Funeral Service was to be his chosen profession.  As the youngest funeral director at Restland in 1980, his work ethic and placing families first allowed him to climb the ranks to General Manager and Director of Operations for Restland and Laurel Land. He left following the sale of that company after 35 years of service.  He is active in his Church and has served many years on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Dallas/North Texas and is the Chairman of the Board for the Southeast Dallas Chamber of Commerce. John’s philosophy of business is simple, the Family comes first, and everything else follows.

LaWanda Davila

LaWanda Davila

Funeral Home Manager

Lawanda is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force as well as the Army National Guard. She graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and maintains a dual license as Funeral Director and Embalmer. LaWanda also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

"I have known since the age of 9, that serving in the Funeral Profession is what I wanted to do.  I find all aspects of my calling to be rewarding  and I am honored to serve families during their time of grief."    

In her free time, LaWanda enjoys fishing, reading and spending time with her family. 


Donna Morris

Office Manager

Donna has been the office manager at Lincoln since 2014 however, she has enjoyed working in the industry since 1997. In May of 2014, she decided to walk away from the corporate world and join a company that puts the families we serve first and foremost and has never looked back. She oversees the daily procedures of our business office and staff. During free time she enjoys spending time with her family


Terry Wydick

Cemetery Superintendent

Terry started in the industry in 2013 as a Family Service Counselor and found his home here at Lincoln in February of 2015. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas Terry says it is well worth the 100 mile round trip to be able to work for such a great company that truly puts the families first. Terry’s passion and desire for excellence has brought him out of the Family Service Counselors role and into the position of Cemetery Superintendent over Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln Memorial Parks, and Carver Memorial Park in Dallas and Ferris. Terry brings with him years of sales and operational management experience from his previous work with companies including Circuit City, Ross and the TJX Corporation. Terry married his wonderful wife in 2010 and has two children, a boy and a girl. Terry and his wife are expecting their third child now. In his spare time Terry enjoys spending time with family and being outside with his wife and young children.

Daidrielle has been with us here at Lincoln for since 2015 as our receptionist. She currently oversees our accounts receivable process as well as our pre need funeral contracts for our families to insure they received exactly what they prearranged. When she is not here at Lincoln, she loves cooking and baking new things, spending time with her family and shopping.

Arlissa is our contract processor as well as our memorial clerk here at Lincoln. She joined our team in 2016. She assist our families in designing the perfect memorial to honor their loved ones and enjoys day to day interaction with those families. During her time off, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful little girl surrounded by family.


Rickye Scott

Administrative Assistant

Rickye has been with the company for since 2016. He started as our receptionist and is now our funeral home administrative assistant. Rickye assist our Lincoln families with designing their memorial programs and creating a lasting tribute to their loved ones. When he is not here at Lincoln he loves spending time with friends, family and his church. He loves music and has been the church drummer for the last 12 years.

Family Service Counselor

Mr. Carroll has been with our Lincoln family since 1992. His years of serving this community makes him a valued mentor to our newest generation of death care professionals in his roll as family service counselor. In his personal time, Mr. Carroll enjoys being a choir director and pianist for his church of 44 years. He also enjoys gardening.

Tawana Johnson Carroll

Tawana previously worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 11 years in the Accounts Receivable Department. She has worked in the the Funeral Industry since 2010. 
Tawana's career has always involved customer service, client relations, and company growth. 
On her own time, She loves to spend time with her family, which includes husband Marcus, and children Makayla and Mariah. She is also very active in her children's schools as well as the community.

Family Service Counselor

Tenesha is a native of Dallas, Texas. She has been married for 14 years with 2 little ones. In her “spare” time, she enjoys watching Law and Order and Golden Girls and reading magazine of all kinds. Her two favorite poems are “Mother to Son” by Langston Hughes and “The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost. She does not have a favorite color because every color that her eyes can see is GORGEOUS. She loves working with people but most of all she loves serving people. She likes trying new things that allows her to grow as an individual and tasting new foods from various cultures. She loves walking and talking with God on this journey called life.

Marcus joined us in 2016 as family service counselor. He has a real passion for this industry and is following in the footsteps of his grandmother, who was also a long time employee of Lincoln. He loves working with families and guiding them through the hard decisions with compassion and dedication. During his off time, Marcus enjoys spending time with his son and girlfriend at family events and church on Sundays.


Nico Rogers

Administrative Assistant

Nico Rogers, funeral home assistant has been with the Lincoln Funeral Family since October of 2016. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Nico has prided herself on being an advocate and educator for her native community. She found her passion in the funeral industry when she lost her father in 2009 and has since became an amazing asset to the field when she began her career at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth working as the Receptionist and Clerk for two years. Feeling like she needed to expand her knowledge, she started working at the Carrillo Funeral Home locations in Dallas, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth as an Ambassador and Receptionist. She immensely enjoyed meeting and planning funeral services for the Dallas and Fort Worth Hispanic communities during her time with the Carrillo locations. Today, Nico is using her knowledge and experience to assist her community and help families plan the perfect tribute.

Marisol Cervantes

Family Service Counselor

Marisol joined the Lincoln Funeral Family in December 2018. She was Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Graduated from Ashford University in San Diego, California and received a bachelors in Education. Marisol worked for Dallas ISD for 12 years. "As an educator, I enjoyed teaching children as well as adults. After two deaths in my life, it was time to make change in my career and accepted the opportunity to join the funeral industry. This is the best way to educate and assist family, friends and the community. In my spare time, I work for a Tejano Internet Radio station as an On - Air Radio Personality."
