Jessie Sheffield

Jessie Lee Sheffield, 86, of Dallas, Texas passed away on December 20,2020.

He was born to Alonzo and Elizabeth Sheffield on July 25,1943 in Ennis, Texas.

Jessie met the love of his life, Amanda Louise, 46 years ago. They have been married for 27 years

Jessie was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone.

Upon leaving school Jessie joined the military and was honorably discharged. He later began driving trucks. He was a great Truck Driver. He would go all over and enjoyed it. He began supervising later in the business. We loved seeing him sitting behind that desk. BIG MAN SHEFFIELD. He eventually retired from driving. He loved music, Especially the blues. He loved the game of dominoes and shooting pool. He was great at them all.

Jessie was preceded in death by both his mother and father, Children: Jeffrey and Eva; Brothers: Hermon Lee, Johnny Lee and W.D. Larry; Sisters: Mae Lee, and Annie Laura.

Jessie is survived by loving wife Amanda Louise Sheffield; Daughters: Linda, Opal, Cherry and Sherri; Sons: Jessie, Michael and Marlon; Brothers: Henry, Chester, Randall, Willie, Larry and Alonzo Jr.; Sisters: Bertha, Betty, Linda, Ethel Mae and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
