Wallace "Mandee" Eugene Manuel Jr.

Wallace “Mandee” Eugene Manuel Jr. was born on July 16, 1977, in Arlington, TX to Wallace Eugene Manuel,Sr., and Debra Ann Garrett-Manuel (who proceeded him in death). He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1996 as a football legend. He furthered his education in trade school, where he earned a certification in electrical studies.

Wallace was the father of two beautiful daughters, Jazmine (Jazzypooh) Manuel (Mother- Vivian Hutchins) and Breanna (Bre Bre) Manuel (Mother-Tanika Jones), whom he loved and cherished. His girls were his pride and joy. He always talked about how proud he was of them and how he was excited about seeing them grow into young ladies.

Wallace was a hard-worker who was dependable, knowledgeable and a great asset; which allowed him to move up the ranks wherever he served. He spent many years at JCPenney and later held positions with Cumming Electrical and Elliott Electric.

Wallace loved to bowl, play dominoes (Domino Champion- Big Chief) as well as watch his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers play. He loved to laugh, tell stories and he created positive vibes for everyone around him. He was a kind man, with a beautiful heart. He also made sure that his family and friends knew how much he loved them. He never left a room without saying, “I love you.” His contagious smile and warming hugs will truly be missed.

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Wallace “Mandee” Eugene Manuel, Jr. transitioned to be with the Lord. He leaves behind two daughters, Jazmine and Breanna Manuel, bonus daughter, Takyia Jones, sisters, Eileen R. Henderson (Chris), Brandie Manuel (Joel) and Shannon Blackburn, cherished part of his life’s journey, Monica Pippins, nephews, Charles A. DeGeorge Jr. (Jackie), Chris Henderson Jr. (Cherise) and Dante’veous Henderson, niece, Krystal Henderson and his very special friend, Chelsea Lane; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
