Tonya, Age 43,born June 26, 1969, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 28, 2012.
She attended Carter High School. She worked for Garland ISD prior to becoming employed with Dallas County Schools Transportation Department wher she has worked for the last four years.
Tonya was a loving and caring person who left a smile on the heart of anyone who came in contact with her.
Her Father, Daniel E. Dilworth, her brother, Willie Carl Lacy, and her sister, Gail Lacy, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her Mother, Willie B. Lacy, her Husband, John D. Downie Jr., her Daughters, Danielle D. Lacy, Crystal D. Lacy, Jessica D. Lacy, one Brother, Bruce White, Sisters, Linda White, Denise Alexander, Debbie Brown, Barbara Lacy, Tanya Lacy,all of Dallas, Texas. Her Father and Mother in law, John D. Downie, Sr. and Berta Downie, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, in laws and friends.
