Roy Burdine was born March 24, 1929 to the parents of Ellis & Pearl Burdine in Dallas Texas.
He received his education in the Dallas Public Schools. He accepted Christ at a early age.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Charles, J.P., Samuel, Henry and his twin brother Ray.
He is survived by his cousins, Esther Marie Walker, Maurine Conley, Lucy Ann Griffin and Hardester McNeary. A special friend Beverly Williams who served as his caretaker and a host of other relatives and friends.
