Roberta Montgomery Higgins, 103, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 10, 2016. She was born on April 21, 1913 in Minden, Louisiana. She was a faithful member of Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church; where she would become the eldest member. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 51 years, in 1995; Mr. George Washington Higgins. She leaves to cherish her memory 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 42 great-great grandchildren, 19 great-great-great grandchildren; one adopted granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her Mt. Pisgah Church family.
