Regina Gail White Shackelford was born December 28, 1976 in Palestine, Texas to the parentage of Reginald Glenn Miller and Carolyn Ann White. Regina was the oldest of four siblings and like a mother to them all. She loved unconditionally and would help anyone that needed it. She loved to cook and invite family and friends over for food, fun and dominoes. Regina met Ivan Merritt and in this relationship, two kids were born; Tagayshala Merritt and Isaiah Merritt. Regina later met and married Kenneth Shackelford, and to this union three kids were born; Kenneth Shackelford Jr, Devon Shackelford and Destinee Shackelford.
