LIFE'S REFLECTIONS
Mr. Raymond Jackson was born August 13, 1928 to the parentage of the late Waymond Jackson, Sr. and Rosa Lee Jackson in Dallas, Texas.
His parents Waymond Jackson, Sr. and Rosa Lee Jackson and his twin brother, Waymond Jackson, Jr. all preceded him in death.
He received his formal education in the Dallas Independent School District. He also served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1954. Upon dischargement, Raymond relocated to Denver, CO and was employed by Dalton Manufacturers for several years until retirement.
In Denver, he met and married his loving and devoted wife of 37 years, Mrs. Lucy M. Jackson. To this union no children were born.
He is survived by wife, Lucy M. Jackson; one sister, Eula B. McGregor of Los Angeles, CA; one brother, Rev. McKinley Jackson (Ruth); five nieces, Gwen Crawford (Fred), Yolander Jones (Claude), Adrian Osin (Habib), Sharon Jackson and Alicia Jackson; six nephews, Ronnie Jackson, Michael Jackson, Jessie Jackson, George Cobbs, William McKinley Jackson, Jimmy Johnson and a host of family and friends that loved him.
Visitation: 12-6pm Friday, March 2, 2012 at Lincoln Funeral Home.
