Attended Colleges- Spartan School Of Aeronauties in Tulsa OK; OSU-Technical College in Okmulgee, OK. He later graduated in 1997 in Avionic Engineer!!

Quentin attended Bethel AME Church. Baptized 8-72, by Rev. Jon Deleon Walker. He grew up in Bethel. He attended church Sunday's, Jr. Usher Board, Youth Choir, Young People Department.
