Gary Wayne Cowart, age 62 was born April 9, 1950. Gary was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mary Alice Cowart and sister Mary-Anna Cowart DeFur.
Gary is survived by a brother, Sterling Cowart; daughter, Venus Cowart Phillips her husband Mark Phillips; grandson Adrian Cowart; granddaughter, Angelica Phillips Stultz her husband Andrew Stultz, Jr. and his first great grandchild, and granddaughter, Cheyenne Phillips and numerous other family members and friends. Gary passed away suddenly the morning of September 27, 2012 in his home in Dallas, Texas.
