Elaine Bailey

Elaine Thomas Bailey was born October 14, 1950, to the parentage of Manuel Thomas and Martha Terry Thomas. Elaine passed peacefully from this earth on March 10, 2018. Just 19 days later, they were all reunited when her mother passed away on March 29, 2018. Elaine received her education from Dallas Independent School District. She later met Randall Lee Bailey, and on August 19, 1979, they united in Holy matrimony. While employed at U.S. Security Associates, Elaine became an author, publishing her book titled Safe.

Elaine was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Thomas; and her siblings, Marvin Moore and Vickie Powell. She leaves to cherish her memories: friend, Randall Lee Bailey; mother, Martha Terry Thomas, of Dallas; brothers, Eddie Lee Thomas, Manuel Thomas, Johnnie Moore (Doris) and Shedrick E. Moore; sisters, Lillie Mae Spencer, Janice Henderson, Meachell Johnson (Byron) and Leacha Coleman (Ned); six nephews; nine nieces; four great-nephews; and five great-nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
