Charles Edward Hill was born January 14, 1949 to the parentage of Wilbur and Lillie Hill in Dallas,TX. Through the years he obtained a College Degree and became a Salesman and expert in Marketing. He formed a loving family who cared for him until he passed away Sunday, December 1st, 2019. He was loved deeply and will be missed greatly.
