Caleb Sanchez-Lopez

Caleb Alejandro Sanchez Lopez was born on June 26, 2016. In his life, he managed to steal the hearts of all who knew him. He was known for his big curly hair, which no one was allowed to brush. Caleb loved his big brother, Alexi, dearly. Alexi was his fierce protector. Caleb, Alexi, Dayanaris, and Amariss were inseparable. Caleb was particularly close to Amariss, who he played, fought, and shared the tablet with. His neighbors Karla and Kimberly were fond of Caleb because of his sweet demeanor, beautiful smile, and awesome hair.

Caleb loved Spider-Man and wanted to be just like him. He loved heroes and died a hero saving the lives of at least four other children through donating his organs. He also loved taking pictures with filters, dancing, singing, and drawing.

Caleb leaves behind his mother Kency Lopez, his brother Alexi Sanchez, and his grandfather, Papi Manuel. He also leaves behind Jessy Mejia, Luis Mendoza, Dayanaris Mejia and Amariss Mendoza. He leaves behind his teacher Ms. Reyes, who he loved and loved him dearly. He loved going to school to get to be around those he loved, including his friends, like his friend Julio, his teachers, and all of the caring staff at Casa View Elementary. Caleb’s laugh, smile, innocence, hair, and sweet, loving personality will be sorely missed. He will be remembered as a child of God and a gift to all those he knew.
