Obituary

Baltazar O. Benitez, 61, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026. He was born in La Huina, Michoacán, Mexico, and spent most of his life in Dallas, Texas. Baltazar worked for many years as an automotive technician, where he was known for his skill, dedication, and strong work ethic.

Baltazar enjoyed cookouts, family movie nights, soccer, spending time with cats, and gathering with family and friends. He will be remembered for his honesty, humility, kindness, humor, and the care he showed to those around him. Throughout his life, Baltazar touched many lives through his work, friendships, and love for his family. His hard work, generosity, and quiet strength will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Baltazar is survived by his wife, Eva; his children, Sandra, Sebastian, Ruben, and Andrea; his grandson, Xavier; his siblings, Celia, Eliazar, Gilibaldo, and Sebastian; and many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents & several beloved siblings.

Baltazar O. Benítez, de 61 años, residente de Dallas, Texas, falleció el jueves 4 de junio de 2026. Nació en La Huina, Michoacán, México, y pasó la mayor parte de su vida en Dallas, Texas. Baltazar trabajó durante muchos años como técnico automotriz, donde se destacó por su habilidad, dedicación y gran ética laboral.

A Baltazar le gustaban las parrilladas, las noches de cine con la familia, el fútbol, pasar tiempo con sus gatos y estar con familiares y amigos. Será recordado por su honestidad, humildad, bondad, sentido del humor y el cariño que demostraba hacia quienes lo rodeaban. A lo largo de su vida, Baltazar influyó positivamente en muchas vidas a través de su trabajo, sus amistades y el amor por su familia. Su arduo trabajo, generosidad y fortaleza serena serán recordados por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron.

A Baltazar le sobreviven su esposa, Eva; sus hijos, Sandra, Sebastián, Rubén y Andrea; su nieto, Xavier; y sus hermanos, Celia, Eliazar, Gilibaldo y Sebastián. y muchos familiares y amigos. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres y varios hermanos muy queridos.
