Arthur Nathaniel Jordan was born November 22, 1944 to the late Ireland Jordan and Beatrice Jordan in Karnack, Texas, Harrison County, Texas.

 He was a graduate of George Washington Carver High School. He accepted Christ at an early age with Antioch Baptist Church in Leigh, Texas

 Arthur Jordan departed this life on Monday, October 21, 2024 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas..

 His parents Ireland and Beatrice Jordan, two brothers Robert Jordan and Ireland Jordan Jr. and one sister, Orae Mitchell preceded him in death

 He leaves to cherish his memory Cassie Jordan, two sons Ronald Bingmon and Arthur Bingmon, one brother Ronnie Jordan (Ruth), three sisters Georgia Ella Buchanan, Ella Webb and Gwendolyn Jordan-Griffin, 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
