Arme Sencerraye Elliott was born on June 23, 1976, in Dallas, TX, to James Elliott and Gwendolyn Joyce Elliott-Haynes (who both preceded him in death). He attended Roosevelt & David. W. Carter High School, he furthered his education in trade school as a Master Diesel Mechanic and completed a Truck driving program.
Arme will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, loyal brother, great friend, and a man whose presence could fill any room with strength and warmth. He was the definition of hard work, a man who earned every blessing in his life through determination, discipline, and an unbreakable spirit. Nothing was ever handed to him — he fought for his family, for his home, and for his dreams, and he did it all with pride. Arme lived his life with a quiet resilience, always putting the needs of others before his own, often giving more than he had, just to see someone else smile or succeed. He carried the heart of a protector and the soul of a provider.A true hustler in the purest and most admirable sense, Arme moved with purpose. He pushed the people he loved to grow, to rise, and to become their best selves, even when his guidance came with tough love. His firmness came from a place of deep care, and those who truly knew him understood that every word and action came from his desire to see people win. Arme was a king — a leader, a pillar, and a steady presence whose wisdom and courage shaped the lives around him. If you knew him, you could tell what phase of his life you were part of... Homer (Family), Pearl (Business), and E (Boss Man), nevertheless, he was always the same person and didn't switch up on you.
His greatest devotion, however, was to his wife. He worshiped the ground she walked on, standing by her side as an equal, a partner, and a soulmate. Together, they were a true power couple — a real yin-and-yang love story built on loyalty, passion, and unshakable respect. Their bond was admired by many, a reminder that real love is powerful, protective, patient, and can be accomplished. To his three children — “my girls” and “my son,” as he lovingly called them — Arme showed every day what a true father looks like. He led by example, teaching them through his actions what strength, responsibility, and unconditional love truly mean. His love for them was endless, and he carried it proudly in every conversation and every sacrifice. He instilled values that will guide them for a lifetime, leaving behind a legacy not measured in possessions but in character, integrity, and love.Arme Elliott’s life was a testament to dedication, loyalty, and heart. He touched countless lives, lifted others when they were down, and built a family foundation that will stand strong for generations. Though his absence leaves a heavy ache, his memory will continue to live vividly through the stories, the lessons, and the love he leaves behind. He will be deeply, eternally remembered. On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, Arme (Homer) Elliott transitioned to be with the Lord.
